Will I see my wheel before I pay?
Yes. When you build your own wheel we email you a design proof, a visual of your exact wheel with the final price, usually within a few hours and always within one working day. Nothing is charged and nothing is built until you approve it, and your proof and up to two revisions are free.
Do I need to send you my steering wheel?
No. Every wheel is built on a genuine OEM core from our stock, so your car stays on the road while we build it. If you choose a complete steering wheel ready to fit, you keep your original wheel as well.
Will my airbag, buttons and paddles still work?
Yes. On a modified core your own airbag, buttons and paddles are refitted on installation, so they work exactly as they do now. A complete steering wheel ready to fit comes with the airbag and controls included, nothing to transfer. A factory heated wheel stays heated. Driver assist features such as lane keep work on most cars, but we cannot guarantee them on every vehicle.
How long does a custom steering wheel take?
Build Your Own and customer build wheels take 10 to 25 working days once you approve your design proof and pay. In stock items ship in 1 to 3 working days. UK delivery is free and tracked, and we ship worldwide.
Will a custom wheel fit my car?
We build for over 100 chassis codes across Audi, BMW, Mercedes-AMG, Land Rover, Porsche, Lamborghini and more, each on the correct OEM core for your car. If your exact model is not listed, send us your make, model and year and we will confirm fitment before you order.
Do you fit the wheel, and is there a warranty?
We supply the wheel ready to fit and recommend fitting by a qualified auto specialist, which usually takes 1 to 2 hours. Our installation guides walk through it step by step. Every custom steering wheel has a 12 month warranty from delivery.
